The Superior Public Works Department The Superior Public Works Department will be closed Wednesday, December 24th and Thursday, December 25th in observance of the Christmas holiday. This will include the Municipal Landfill. Garbage service will be on an accelerated schedule. Residents with Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday garbage service are requested to have their garbage out by 7:00 am on Monday. Residents with Thursday and Friday garbage service are requested to have their garbage out by 7:00 am on Tuesday. Be aware there will be delays on some routes. RECYCLING: The recycling schedule will be one day behind for Thursday and Friday pickups. Recycling questions can be directed to Hartel's Disposal at 218-729-5446.
