Thanks to our families, we literally have a lifetime of catering and baking experience. Marge (Karpik) Rich, Tom's mother, catered while Tom was growing up in Superior, Wisconsin about the same time Jess' mother Cookie (Zelazny) Tahja was catering in Floodwood, Minnesota. So its no wonder when we met we decided to start a catering business together.
