The Superior Public Works Department The Superior Public Works Department will be closed on Monday, January 15 in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. Day Holiday. This will include the Municipal Landfill. Garbage Service Due to the holiday, garbage service will begin Tuesday, January 16, for the week. Please have your garbage out by 7:00 am on Tuesday if your pick-up day is Monday or Tuesday. All other pick-up days, have your garbage out by 7 am on your regular scheduled day. Please be aware there will be delays on most routes. RECYCLING: The recycling schedule will not change. Recycling questions can be directed to Hartels/DBJ at 218-729-5446.
