Every Wednesday, August 11th-25th, 10-11am Safety and Dementia As our loved ones' skills and abilities change, many areas related to safety need to be addressed. Learn about 4 big areas of safety; home, firearm, driving and wandering. Monday, August 23rd 5-6pm Dementia Live and Understanding Alzheimer's and Dementia Two part educational event starting with Dementia Live, a dementia simulation experience, from 4-5pm followed by the program, Understanding Alzheimer's and This event will be held in person Dementia, from 5-6. Thursday, September 30th, 4- Powerful Tools for Caregivers 6 week workshop focused on the health Every Monday, September and wellbeing of the family caregiver. Reduce stress, anger and guilt and learn skills to help balance life with the added role of caregiver. 13th-October 18th 1-pm Boost Your Brain and Memory Every Tuesday, Sept. 14th- Nov. 2nd, 3-4pm Learn what YOU can do to keep your brain healthy and sharp at this 8 week workshop.
