Responsible for business development, growth, and quality improvement plans. Ensures strong leadership and supports our service lines to provide high quality service in an efficient and economic manner. Develops collaborative relationships with patients, medical personnel, staff, vendors and our community to ensure a positive image of EBCH. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business or Health-Related field required. Three to five years relevant experience in Coronary Care/Cardiac Rehabilitation. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of MN. Demonstrated experience and the ability to interact productively with varying levels of personnel, provide program direction and development, excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to produce and utilize clinical and financial data for best patient outcomes. Flexibility to handle and manage change. Re- quires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
